I serve on the board of Oteco, Inc., a Houston-based industrial manufacturer of high-pressure valves, connectors, and rig hardware founded in 1948. I import small-volume specialty rum into the U.S.—the firsthand source of the FSMA 204, FDA/FISP, CBP, and TTB enforcement detail in Friction by Other Means.
Before this register, I worked as a documentary and aerial photographer. My work has been published by the United Nations, CNN, The Washington Post, Bild, ProPublica, The Texas Tribune, Texas Monthly, Rice University’s Kinder Institute, and the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum; it was among the earliest documentary uses of drone photography.
